great location awesome breakfast excellent wifi poor soundproofing loud guest late return
The location is great! many restaurants, cafes and shops are nearby. Breakfast was awesome. It had unlimited coffee. wifi was excellent and fast, i liked that.
The rooms were VERY poorly soundproofed. A number of loud, screaming guests returned at 3am. I could hear every sound they made, sadly.

public parking metro station friendly staff
I find public parking and the metro station very close. Many interesting areas are at a short walk distance. I like clean room and friendly staff. Marshall Bluetooth speaker is a great idea.

The continental breakfast had some variety. I found coffee available any time in the room and hall. Breakfast staff was friendly and polite, the breakfast had good option. The location is near to many restaurants.

I find front desk staff kind, they spoke good English. Staff was really friendly, also helpful. The reception was warm. The staff gave us very good recommendation. They were professional.

The room had retro decor and a comfortable bed. I liked there was AC and heater. I found that the room had plenty of space. The room included good lighting and lovely furnishings.

small room broken sink
the staff was friendly. the breakfast had good choices and was in a great location.
the room smelled when the toilet was used. the room was also very small. i noticed mold in the shower and the sink was broken (it definitely needed maintenance). the elevator stopped between floors, so it was inconvenient with luggage.

An Okay Stay, But Room Size is a Problem
small room broken mirror light
The hotel location is fine, especially with many restaurants close by.
The room was much too small, it was hard to move. The bathroom mirror light did not work, that was a pain. I expect better from a hotel like this.
